Terms & Conditions of our Offer
- The vacation offer is 100% transferable to another location offered on www.universalluxuryresorts.com, and to friends, or family members
- By giving us, your credit card and billing information, as well as authorizing the charge on the initial sales call; you agree to the terms and conditions of the Resorts and our company and understand that you have already been charged for the vacations offered.
- I understand that all payments are non-refundable.
- I also understand that I cannot split days in different destinations and cannot use the vacation package back-to-back.
- Group travels/ quinellas / referred friends or family members are ONLY able to travel at the properties listed on this bullet point: Grand Sirenis in Riviera Maya, Mexico, Grand Sirenis in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Senator in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, and Morritt’s Tortuga in Grand Cayman Island; which allows only one other qualified family or couple to travel.
- Seven (7) night maximum stay applies for Europe and Grand Cayman Island.
- Five (5) night maximum stay applies for Ramada Plaza Waikiki in Honolulu, Oahu, HI, and all Sandos Properties offered in Mexico.
- Four (4) night maximum stay applies for all all-inclusive destinations.
- Three (3) night maximum stay applies for all USA destinations except for Atlantic City, NJ; see next line
- Two (2) night maximum stay applies for Atlantic City, NJ. Additional Nights are not available.
- We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to nature, strikes, mechanical problems, illness, pandemics, or Acts of God.
- Sorry no pets are allowed to accompany travelers in any of the accommodations provided. Service animals are accepted in USA locations only.
- Upgrades may be purchased through our Reservations Department.
- You are required to take a VIP Amenity Showcasing of the Resort (If you do not attend the showcasing in the required locations, you will be charged the retail rate of your stay).
- The customer should give a minimum of 60 days advance booking notice for any other time except for major holidays such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve/Day, Spring Break, Easter week, and government observed holidays, which require a minimum of 90 days advance notice. Resort fees & taxes may apply for some locations depending on dates selected. (Extra fees apply per resort during holiday seasons & peak times of travel; this also includes international holidays for international travels; although a 90-day minimum advance booking notice is recommended it is not required for international holiday bookings.).
- If booking under the 60 days advance notice or the 90 days advance notice fees may apply.
- We are unable to book more than 6 months prior to check in date. Some resorts may confirm only 60 days prior to the check in date.
- If the customer decides to change or cancel their travel dates after confirmed for travel a fee applies per resort and location.
- Changes to your reservation, which include changes to itinerary, date change, change in number of travelers, etc. may result in price increase.
- Please understand booking may take up to 15 business days to confirm; depending on the resort and information needed to reserve dates.
- Married or co-habituating couples qualify for all locations on this promotion; if single see next bullet line.
- No single travelers to Atlantic City, NJ, Breathless Resorts in all destinations, Daytona, FL, Dreams Resorts in all destinations, Gatlinburg, TN (except Westgate Resorts as they accept single men and women), Grand Matlali Hills Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Grand Sirenis Resorts in all destinations, Hilton Head Island, SC, Lake Buena Vista Resort, StaySky Suites, and Vista Cay Resort in Orlando, FL, Pocono Mountain Villas in Pennsylvania, Sandos Resorts in all destinations, Secrets Resorts in all destinations, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, Sunscape Resort in all destinations, and Virginia Beach, VA. Locations for travelers with a martial status as single, divorced, or widowed; see below.
- Single women are accepted in every location; except where listed on line # 22.
- Single men are ONLY allowed to travel to destinations provided in this link: unless traveling with a female companion than see line # 22.
- Most USA, Bahamas, and Grand Cayman Island Properties have a maximum of four guest per room unless receiving two room condo accommodations, not all locations are able to provide a two room or two-bedroom accommodation for those that do allow two rooms or two bedrooms; upgrade fees apply unless purchased in original package offer. Hawaii allows two adults and two children sixteen years of age and under. All Inclusive Destinations: the room accommodations allow two Adults and two Children; Dreams & Sunscape Resorts only accept children two years of age and under, Condovac La Costa accepts children 11 years of age and under, and all other all-inclusive resorts accept children twelve years of age and under. Breathless, Sandos Cancun, and Secrets Resorts are adults only resorts in which allows only married or cohabitating couples to travel.
- Additional Travelers (More than two adults and two kids traveling): Children older then allotted age traveling to an all-inclusive destination are $99.00 to $280.00 per night per person; for rates, please email or contact our reservations department (Holiday rates are different than regular rate depending on resort and location). If traveling with five or more to an all-inclusive vacation the cost will include a second room. All other locations: additional traveler prices vary by date and resort. Please keep in mind when adding additional travelers, they will be at a discounted rate per night (rates depend on resort and location).
- Same rates also apply if booking additional nights.
- All Inclusive locations are Curacao, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico (Except for Hotel Roc Luxe Tulum) and Jamaica.
- All Inclusive locations offer airport pick up one way except for all Breathless, Dreams, Secrets, and Sunscape Resorts in which offers no complimentary airport transportation, Condovac La Costa in Costa Rica offers round trip airport pick up and drop off services.
- Hotel/Resorts, Locations, Terms, Qualifications, and Number of Guests or Nights available to travel are subject to change at any time. Any changes made by us or the resort will apply to this vacation offer.
- Any false information provided will be treated as fraud.
- Buyer is over the age of 28 years of age and understands that his/her credit card has been charged for the above vacations for the non-refundable purchase, and all the above information is correct.
